With over 16 years of experience in residential real estate and more than 5 years in commercial transactions, I bring a balanced, investment-driven perspective to every deal. During the 2008–2010 housing market downturn, I obtained my REO and Short Sale certifications and handled distressed property transactions. This experience broadened my understanding of market cycles, lender negotiations, and complex transaction structures.
Today, my focus includes multifamily properties, mixed-use buildings, and income-producing assets. I work closely with investors on rent analysis, NOI optimization, cap rate evaluation, value-add opportunities, and 1031 exchange strategies — helping them make informed and effective real estate decisions.
I take my clients’ best interests to heart and tailor each strategy to their unique financial goals — whether they are first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or sellers repositioning an asset. My approach combines analytical precision with thoughtful guidance, ensuring every transaction is handled with both care and expertise.
